Data processing | Library preparation was performed using the 10x Genomics Chromium. Sequencing was performed at Macrogen Japan using the Truseq library preparation kit and NovaSeq 6000 system. Cell Ranger and the DropletUtils package of Bioconductor were used for mapping and filtering the 10x data. |
