Summary | In human Naive B cell (NB) and Germinal Center B cell (GCB), gene promoters (-2500/+500 from TSS) have long-range contacts (LRC) detected by Hi-C. After filtering LRCs located within intergenic regions, each LRC has been scored by the number of contacts x Histone signals (H3K27ac, H3K4me1), similar to the ABC model (=LRC activity score). |
